That's My Ticket, a Medway company that makes and sells historic sports, concert and theater tickets products and displays, has acquired Sports Propaganda, a maker of limited-edition, Major League baseball prints.
Sports Propaganda President and Founder Chris Speakman, was hired as creative director following the acquisition. The Boston-area artist was licensed by Major League Baseball to sell his handmade screen prints, and will now apply his designs to other sports teams and musical artists as part of That's My Ticket.
"Sports Propaganda is a known brand with a very strong following and we're looking forward to using our resources to bring it to the next level," Dean Macchi, president of That's My Ticket, said in a statement. "Plus, with Chris as a member of our team, the That's My Ticket graphic design capabilities take a step forward."
One of Speakman's designs was featured on the June 2013 cover of collectible industry publication Beckett Sports Card Monthly's annual art issue, which That's My Ticket is now selling as a framed print.
Founded in 2003, That's My Ticket manufactures and sells products featuring the logos of Major League Baseball, the National Hockey League, the National Baseball Association, the National Collegiate Athletic Association, Elvis Presley Enterprises and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
