Marlborough Hospital Names New Leader

Karen Moore, a veteran health care executive with experience in not-for-profit and for-profit organizations, has been hired as president and CEO of Marlborough Hospital, part of the UMass Memorial Health Care system.
Moore will take over Nov. 28. She will replace Douglas Brown, senior vice president and general counsel of UMass Memorial Health Care, who has served as interim president and CEO since May. She most recently served as CEO for Kindred Hospital Park View in Springfield, after serving in many leadership roles with Baystate Franklin Medical Center.
