The Massachusetts Association of Realtors sold its Waltham headquarters and is looking for a new office.
MAR sold its 256 Second Ave. offices in Waltham to an affiliate of Bulfinch Cos. Inc., a Boston-based investment realty firm. R.W. Holmes of Wayland managed the transaction. While searching for a new space MAR will stay in its current Waltham offices.
MAR officials are looking for a space with a large classroom, ample parking for member events in an area that is “geographically accessible to our members,” according to Robert Authier, MAR’s CEO.
