Valpey Fisher Corp., a Hopkinton-based electronic components manufacturer, has signed an agreement to market and sell products from Wakefield-based instrument designer Precise Time & Frequency.
Valpey will introduce PTF products into its sales and marketing efforts, which will give both companies a stronger and more diverse offering for customers.
PTF uses global positioning system-based instruments to give precise frequency references.
Those PTF products will be integrated with Valpey’s offerings, which include high-accuracy components for digital and optical telecommunications systems used in voice, data and military industries.
