Lightower Expands To Tony Burbs
Boxborough-based Lightower Fiber Networks, a fiber network and bandwidth service provider, has expanded its fiber network into Westchester County, N.Y., and Southern Connecticut.
The network expansions will add new routes and fiber density in addition to connectivity to data centers, financial exchanges, and business centers throughout the region, the company said.
The Westchester County expansion will include White Plains, Purchase, Elmsford, Hawthorne, Briarcliff Manor, Yonkers, and surrounding areas. The Southern Connecticut expansion will include Greenwich, Stamford and neighboring towns.
Lightower customers in those areas will be able to make fiber network connections with existing networks in New Jersey, New York City, Long Island, Massachsuetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.
