IPG Sells Extra Shares
IPG Photonics Corp. of Oxford has sold an additional 450,000 shares to the underwriters of its public offering.
The underwriters of the 3-million-share offering, which closed earlier this month, exercised their option to purchase the extra shares at the public offering price of $54.30.
The company said it would use the proceeds from the public offering for capital expenditures and working capital, and possibly to acquire other businesses and technologies.
