Hudson brewery, eateries collaborate

Medusa Brewing Company in Hudson
Any mention of downtown Hudson's top draws inevitably include Medusa Brewing Co., Rail Trail Flatbread Co., and New City Microcreamery.
Now the three are collaborating on new offerings.
New City Microcreamery is now serving a Witchfinder ice cream made with Medusa’s seasonal stout, Witchfinder General. The ice cream will be served in New City's Hudson and Cambridge shops, and as a beer float at Rail Trail.
The beer is made with local pumpkins roasted in the wood-fired oven at Rail Trail before being brewed down the street at Medusa. Cans are available at Medusa's brewery.
