G&F Precision Molding acquires Maine’s Form Tech Tool & Mold

Sturbridge custom injection molder G&F Precising Molding has acquired Maine’s Form Tech Tool & Mold, headquartered in Biddeford, the company announced on Monday.
Form Tech, founded in 1990, provides precision injection molds and manufacturing and engineering support to the medical device industry, according to a press release.
“We’re very excited about this acquisition,” says John Argitis, president and CEO of G&F Precision Molding, in a statement. “We’ve had a great relationship with Form Tech for many years and this will be a step forward in G&F’s continuing mission to vertically integrate, invest back into our business and provide more options and better service to our customers.”
Form Tech will be renamed as Form Tech Mold and Engineering as part of the acquisition. They will maintain operations in Biddeford, according to a press release.
