An office building at 40 Speen St. in Framingham sold for $4 million on Feb. 14, according to the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds.
The buyer of the four-story, 32,673-square-foot office building is RCP, LLC, which is registered to Keith Pabian, an attorney whose firm, Pabian Law, is in the building. The firm specializes in representing businesses in international immigration law.
The seller was LMF Speen Corp., an affiliate of real estate firm Franchi Management Co., Inc. of Natick. LMF Speen Corp. purchased the property for $1.65 million in 1993 from The Mutual Benefit Life Insurance Co. of New Jersey, which dissolved in 2001.
The property is assessed by the City of Framingham at $4.2 million.
