Workhuman, a human resources technology company based in both Framingham and Dublin, Ireland, announced veteran technology marketing executive Tom Libretto as its new chief marketing officer.
Libretto, who will be based out of Workhuman’s Framingham headquarters, has nearly 20 years of experience in global marketing. Most recently, he worked for Pegasystems, a publicly-traded business software developer based in Cambridge, where he was chief marketing officer from 2016 through 2022.
At Pegasystems, Libretto led efforts to transform the company’s brand identity, scale an integrated data-centric approach to customer engagement, and leverage thought-leadership across marketing channels with the team of 250 people he oversaw. Before joining Pegasystems, he held leadership positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Nokia Corp., IBM, and Lotus.
