Worcester law firm Fletcher, Tilton & Whipple PC has merged the practices of attorneys Anthony J. Salvidio II, Karen M. LaFond, Mark S. Foss and Stephan M. Rodolakis with FTW.
All four attorneys formerly practiced at Pojani Hurley Ritter & Salvidio, a nine-attorney firm based in Worcester. They will practice primarily from FTW's Worcester office.
Salvidio was made co-chairman of FTW's commercial lending department and an officer of the firm. LaFond, a banking and finance lawyer, was also made an officer. Foss practices bankruptcy law, business and commercial law and litigation. Rodolakis will serve as "of counsel" at FTW and concentrate on bankruptcy law and litigation, loan workouts, foreclosures and real estate law.
FTW has more than 40 attorneys and has offices in Worcester, Framingham and Hyannis.
