Direct Buy relocates to Natick

Direct Buy Wholesale Club has finalized a lease agreement with Stonegate LLC, moving from its current Shrewsbury location to new space in Natick.

The transaction calls for Direct Buy to lease 14,000 square-feet of space at 2-4 Mercer Road in Natick, behind a Dick’s Sporting Goods store on Route 9.  Direct Buy will use the new space to allow the public to examine Direct Buy membership opportunities. 

The wholesale club was represented by Dave Brasington of Worcester-based Glickman Kovago & Company.
