A shopping plaza at 661 Boston Post Road East in Marlborough, near the Target, has sold for $3.225 million, according to the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds, with the new buyer planning to expand the property.
The property was purchased by Aubuchon Realty Co. Inc. of Concord, which is registered to its president, Eamon Moran of Littleton, according to Eamon’s LinkedIn.
The plaza sits on the frontage of Boston Post Road, near the parking lot of the Target retail store. The plaza, which Aubuchon has labeled as Wayside Crossing, is currently home to New England Dental Group, an H&R Block and Champion Cleaners dry cleaning.
Aubuchon plans to add 7,250 square feet to the existing plaza and find more tenants, with the new Wayside Crossing totaling 16,050 square feet, according to Aubuchon's website.
The sale of the plaza closed June 17.
The property was sold by Indian Development LLC, which is registered to Richard Terrill under a Milford address. Terrill is the chief financial officer at FRE Building Co., Inc., a Milford contractor, according to his Linkedin.
The property was last assessed by the City of Marlborough at $1.27 million.
