Marlboro-based medical device company Cytyc Corp. said Laboratory Corp. of America Holdings has agreed to continue using Cytyc’s cervical cancer screening products.
Financial terms of the contract extension weren’t disclosed.
Over the course of the contract, Laboratory Corp. will continue to use the Cytyc ThinPrep Imaging system and the ThinPrep Pap Test cervical cancer screening products.
Laboratory Corp., a national, commercial diagnostic laboratory, began using the Cytyc products in 2004.
