The developer of Chrysler Apartments in Natick has chosen Woburn-based Tocci Building Corp. to build the 407-unit complex.
Chrysler Apartments LLC, a joint venture between J.W. Katzen Co. and Forest Properties Management in Newton, plans to develop two high-rise affordable apartment buildings, a free-standing parking garage and a “luxury clubhouse” at the site on Chrysler Road off Speen Street near the Natick Collection.
Tocci plans to employ its “virtual design and construction” method and “building information model,” which help construction projects eliminate waste.
The complex is being designed by Russell Scott Steedle & Capone Architects Inc. of Cambridge.
