CommercialWare pools resources with Mercent

Natick-based CommercialWare, a developer of software that helps link retailers and direct marketers, will offer greater visibility for merchants through a collaboration with Seattle-based Mercent. 

By creating a single access point though CommercialWare's cross channel software offerings, Mercent will now give users of CommercialWare access to Mercent Retail, an online shopping service with exposure to more than 150 million shoppers.  Mercent Retail includes several leading online marketplaces, including AOL inStore, MSN Shopping and Google Base.

Mercent, founded by veterans of Amazon.com, will also offer CommercialWare users access to affiliate marketing programs such as Performics, a provider of search engine marketing services.
