Westborough retailer BJ’s Wholesale Club on Tuesday announced its members will now have access to a new homebuying program with mortgage lending, preferred real estate agents, and moving services through a collaboration with Illinois moving company SIRVA Inc.
Benefits include up to $2,000 closing cost credit, $500 cash back for every $100,000 in home value when buying or selling a home with a participating agent, competitive pricing on interstate and local moving, and a $250 bonus American Express gift card for combining services.
