Arris Partners, a Concord-based real estate investment firm, purchased a 3.3-acre industrial property at 104 Gold St. in Worcester for $7 million.
The property, which includes a 53,000 square-foot facility, is leased to New York-based Century Linens which acquired the site from Angelica, a national hospital linen service company, based in Illinois in 2022.
Justin Hopkins, David Stubblebine and James Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International, represented the seller, Gold Street Realty, LLC, in the sale and directly procured the buyer, Arris Partners, LLC.
The sellers, Gold Street Realty, LLC of Worcester, purchased the property from Wyman-Gordon in 2003 for $3.3 million.
The City of Worcester assessed the property for $2.4 million.
Arris Partners was founded in 2017 by John Garofalo and Tom Sibley. The firm owns investment properties throughout Massachusetts, according to its website.
