Andrikopoulos In At RXi
Worcester's RXi Pharmaceuticals Corp. has hired Konstantinos Andrikopoulos as vice president, legal counsel and chief intellectual property counsel.
Before moving to RXi, Andrikopoulos worked for six years at Shire Human Genetic Therapies Inc., in positions including senior patent counsel.
Previously, he worked for Wolf, Greenfield & Sacks PC., an intellectual property law firm, creating and managing patent estates for biotechnology clients.
Andrilopoulos has a law degree from Suffolk University Law School, a Ph.D. in biomedical sciences from the City University of New York and a bachelor's in biophysics from the University of East London. He was an Irvington Foundation postdoctoral fellow at MGH, Harvard Medical School.
