As the managing partner and founder of Krumsiek & Associations, P.C, Matthew Krumsiek has helped the lives of around 1,000 clients and 300 small to midsized businesses in Central Massachusetts. His firm, which is a business and tax advisory practice, helps companies think of outside-the-box strategies to help increase revenue.
This large impact has resulted in the growth of many small businesses, and with his help, 18 startup companies with multi-million dollar sales. Krumsiek is an accomplished author who, in 2015, wrote “The Wretched Road to Success” detailing business and management theories. Next to working on a second volume of his book, Krumsiek is the treasurer of the Massachusetts Center for Civic Education, and on half a dozen boards including the Corridor 9/495 Chamber of Commerce, and the board of advisors at Nichols College, where he leads a mentorship program. At Nichols, Krumsiek is in a program partnering accounting majors with working professionals. His firm sponsors the Community Harvest Project in North Grafton, growing food and donating it to local food banks. He shut his firm down for two days during the year to volunteer.
