A 36-unit apartment development in Worcester's Quinsigamond Village neighborhood has sold for $6.9 million.
The three-story brick building was built in 1973 and was last assessed at $2.6 million, according to city records.
The sale of the nearly 32,000-square-foot building closed on Nov. 20. The sale includes the two parcels spanning the building, 25 Ekman St. and 27 Halmstad St.
Both sold to 25 Ekman Street LLC from Woodrise Realty Trust and Robert S. Haddon.
The transaction is the latest notable seven-figure property sale in Worcester. The 47-unit Longfellow Manor apartment complex in the Main South neighborhood of Worcester sold for $7 million in October, and Stratton Hill Park, a 156-unit apartment complex off Mountain Road, sold for $16.5 million in August.
