Nonprofits and municipalities with ideas for creating new jobs can get grants of up to $10,000 from the North Central Massachusetts Development Corp. but they must apply soon.
The deadline to submit concept papers for the economic development seed grants is March 14.
Eligible projects could include anything from feasibility studies to construction. Applicants must be nonprofits, municipalities or educational institutions that serve the North Central area.
In all, the group will distribute $40,000. Recipients will be announced in May.
