Maple Multi-Family Development LLC, of Dallas, is proposing 220 units of residential housing at 3 Oriol Drive in Worcester, which is near the intersection of Lincoln St. and Plantation St., according to the Worcester Planning Board agenda.
Mark Borenstein of Worcester law firm Bowditch & Dewey submitted materials on behalf of the Dallas corporation for approval at the planning board’s Oct. 12 meeting.
The planned development, called Alexan Worcester, consists of two five-story buildings with approximately 344 parking spaces.
Plans were prepared by Allen & Major Associates, Inc. of Woburn. Architectural drawings were provided by The Architectural Team Inc. of Chelsea.
Maple Multi-Family Development LLC is registered to Michael Levy, CEO of Dallas real-estate giant Crow Holdings, and Ken Valach, CEO of Crow Holdings Development. Crow Holdings has an office in Newton Lower Falls.
Alexan is a brand of Trammell Crow Residential, a subsidiary of Crow Holdings. TCR has developed 274,000 multifamily units in 40 years nationwide, according to the company’s website.
