Taxing Commute

A Beverly attorney made famous by the movie "A Civil Action" has filed a lawsuit on behalf of three Central Massachusetts residents claiming that Mass Pike tolls at Route 128, Allston/Brighton and the Sumner, Callahan and Ted Williams tunnels are an unconstitutional tax on drivers who don't use the Big Dig.
