CINTHIA SILLER has been hired by Vision Advertising as the Northborough firm’s first junior content specialist. Siller will work to partner on projects, boost client-led generation, and create social media content. Siller earned her master’s degree in communications from Lasell University in Newton.

GUILLERMO CREAMER, DEMARR LANGFORD, and TONY SMITH

Thrive Support & Advocacy, a Worcester-based nonprofit supporting youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, has promoted and hired six employees to new positions. NANCY BISHOP has been hired as the organization’s vice president of individualized and integrated services, where she will manage Thrive’s residential programs, Family Support Center services, and clinical services. GUILLERMO CREAMER has been promoted to director of residential services. Having previously served as Thrive’s residential program director, Creamer will supervise the organization's large-capacity community residences including managing staff and resident needs. DEMARR LANGFORD succeeds Creamer as he’s been hired as Thrive’s new director of residential services. Langford earned his bachelor’s degree in communications from Worcester State University. CLAIRE JEAN-MICHEL has been hired as director of family support, a role in which she oversees Thrive initiatives offering direct assistance, resources, and guidance to families. She comes to her new position having previously worked at Rhode Island-based human services nonprofit Community Care Alliance. PATRICK REARDON has joined Thrive as its assistant director of community services, where he will manage the organization’s in-home and community-support services. TONY SMITH has assumed his new role as director of community employment and internships, having been promoted from his previous position as Sunset program director. In his elevated position, Smith works to further volunteer, vocational, and employment opportunities at Thrive’s Marlborough and Worcester locations.

Main Street Bank has named GAYLE PETTY as the Marlborough-based institution’s new ​​vice president, regional director/relationship manager for deposit and cash management. Petty will cultivate business connections and will serve as the primary point of contact for cash management of the bank’s business, nonprofit, and individual clients. She graduated from Clark University in Worcester with her master’s degree in finance and marketing and graduated from Providence College in Rhode Island with her bachelor’s degree in chemistry.

AMANDA MISILO has joined Southbridge-based Savers Bank as its vice president, head of retail banking and sales. Misilo comes to her new role with more than 20 years of experience, having held roles including branch manager, customer care manager, and assistant vice president. She most recently worked as first vice president, director of contact center operations at Boston-based Berkshire Bank.

DAVID THIBAULT-MUÑOZ

DAVID THIBAULT-MUÑOZ has been named the new director of the Brewer Center For Civic Learning & Community Engagement at Mount Wachusett Community College in Gardner. Thibault-Muñoz joined MWCC in 2013 and has since held several roles including as an academic counselor, coordinator for the school’s Gateway to College program, and secretary of the diversity, equity, and inclusion team. He serves as a Gardner city councilor. Thibault-Muñoz earned his master’s degree from the University of Illinois Chicago and his bachelor’s degree from Binghamton University State University of New York.

JOEL LAUREANO

Worcester-based Cornerstone Bank has promoted employee JOEL LAUREANO to vice president, senior market manager of its Shrewsbury branch. Laureano began his career with Cornerstone in 2023 as an assistant vice president, coming from his position as an assistant vice president, branch officer at bankHometown, headquartered in Oxford. Previously, Laureano served as branch manager at both Worcester-based Bay State Savings Bank and Rhode Island-based Citizens Bank.

MIKE PENROD

MIKE PENROD has been appointed director of marketing at Wyebot, a Marlborough-based WiFi optimization firm. Penrod will utilize his previous experience with Amazon, Dell Technologies, and Nutanix to work to increase Wyebot’s marketing footprint and enhance partnerships with industry leaders.
