Survey: Office Sabotage Common

In the cutthroat world of advertising and marketing, it's not uncommon for coworkers to try to sabotage each other, according to a recent Creative Group survey.
The survey asked advertising and marketing executives whether a coworker has ever "tried to make you look bad on the job," and a full 50 percent said yes.
Never a group to shy away from a little face time, 70 percent of those advertising and marketing executives who had been made to look bad said the best way to deal with a coworker/saboteur is to confront him or her right away.
