The city confirmed last week that the Worcester-based insurance company the Hanover Insurance Group Inc. would become the developer of the long-stalled CitySquare downtown redevelopment project. In this week's WBJ Online Readers Poll, we want to know if you think CitySquare has a better chance of succeeding now that the Hanover is involved.
