The Producto Group, parent of Shirley manufacturer ThermoFab, named Jennifer Brochu as its new chief financial officer, after tapping a new CEO and chief operating officer earlier in 2023.
Brochu will begin in the CFO role immediately and will serve out of ThermoFab’s Shirley location, according to a Thursday press release from The Producto Group.
Brochu most recently served with global manufacturer AMETEK as vice president for finance for the company’s aerospace and defense division. Brochu replaces interim CFO Norm Roegner who was working on contract with the firm, according to his LinkedIn profile..
"We are thrilled to welcome Jennifer Brochu as our new CFO," Producto CEO Mark Rauenzahn said in the press release. "Her proven expertise in driving financial growth and her exceptional leadership skills will be instrumental in steering the financial direction of Producto as we continue to evolve and expand our offerings. Jennifer's strategic mindset and wealth of experience in the manufacturing industry make her an invaluable addition to Producto's executive leadership team.”
Rauenzahn himself is a recent addition to Producto. He took the CEO position in January. In February, the company hired Michael Duquette as COO.
ThermoFab manufactures heavy gauge plastic enclosures for the medical & life sciences and automation & robotics industries. It employs 35 people in its Shirley facility. Parent company The Producto Group is owned by Culper Capital Partners of New Jersey, which created the group in 2022 from a number of acquired companies.
