A seven-plot parcel of the 311-acre Westminster Business Park sold for $6.75 million to Quincy real estate agency Jumbo Capital Management LLC, according to the Worcester Northern Registry of Deeds.
The Westminster Business Park consists of industrial and commercial space along Industrial Drive and Theodore Drive in Westminster, according to the website of Boston-based Core Investments, Inc., who has been overseeing the project.
Core Investments bought the first parcels of the business park for almost $3.3 million in 2004, per the registry of deeds.
Core Investments was not available for comment on the reason for the sale.
The seven parcels sold to Jumbo Capital are still undeveloped land, said a spokesperson from Jumbo, who did not disclose what the future of the property would be.
