RCAP Solutions Hires Six

Gardner-based nonprofit RCAP Solutions has hired six new employees: Celeste Barron, Cindy Frye, Courtenay Loiselle, Mary McLean, Pamela Moshier and Sarah Nichols.

Barron is the new property manager for HAPCO LLC, managing apartments in Athol for the group. Previously, she was assistant property manager for Federal Management Co. in Boston and a procurement/expeditor for L.S. Starrett Co. in Athol.

Frye is a new case manager for the “Moving to Work” program. Her job includes determining potential participants’ eligibility and needs, developing and monitoring service plans, running support groups and working with other support programs. Frye has worked in human services for eight years, most recently in Rocky Mount, Va.

Loiselle is director of rental assistant for client resources, overseeing the Section 8 program. She has worked for six years in housing programs, including Metropolitan Boston Housing Partnership in Boston. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Boston University.

McLean was hired as a program representative, working with property owners and clients to make sure program requirements are met and negotiating clients’ rents. She has worked in positions giving her administrative oversight for programs for the past decade.

Moshier is RCAP’s housing assistance specialist, working with clients with housing problems. She offers information and referral services, counseling and training. She previously worked for the Massachusetts Children’s Trust Fund in Boston, and, before that, for the Worcester Community Action Council. She has a bachelor’s degree in human/community services from Empires State College

Nichols was hired as solid waste management specialist for New Hampshire. In this position, she handles RCAP’s outreach to New Hampshire communities, running trainings and providing technical assistance on recycling and solid waste disposal. She has a master’s degree from the Bren School of Environmental Science & Management at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
