Providence and Worcester Railroad announces dividend

The Providence & Worcester Railroad Company announced a dividend of $.04 per share at its regular quarterly meeting held on yesterday.
The per share dividend was made on the outstanding Common Stock of the company, payable February 26, 2007, to shareholders of record on February 12, 2007.
The board of directors declared a 10 percent noncumulative annual dividend of $5.00 per share on the outstanding preferred stock of the company, payable on February 26, 2007, to preferred shareholders of record on February 12, 2007.
