- Framingham-based Staples hosted children’s reading events and donated 600 books to Southern Middlesex Opportunity Council and Bright Horizons in Framingham and Rainbow Child Development Center in Worcester.
- Southbridge-based Savers Bank donated $2,000 to educational outreach efforts at Old Sturbridge Village. The grant will fund school trips to the museum.
- Mendon-based Charles River Bank sponsored Mendon’s Fall Fair last month. The event featured children’s activities and food.
