Personal Income, Spending On The Rise
After taking a hit in October, personal income and spending in November climbed .2 percent and .5 percent respectively, according to the U.S. Department of Commerce Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA).
Total personal income increased $30.1 billion in November, compared to a decreased of $11.7 billion in October, according to BEA. Meanwhile, personal consumption expenditures increased $63 million, up from $44.2 billion in October.
Personal disposable income likewise increased $16.2 billion, compared to a loss of $25.6 billion in October, according to BEA.
