Annual performance reviews can be about as comfortable as an annual physical exam. And now you might have to look forward to it twice a year. In 2007, 31 percent of senior executives surveyed said they conduct performance reviews twice a year, up from 19 percent in 2002, according to a study by OfficeTeam. While 8 percent of respondents said they conducted quarterly reviews this year, 58 percent of executives said they stick with the tried-and-true annual review.
