Northborough firm purchases $2.4M industrial park building

Giroux Electrical Contractors has purchased 102 Otis Street in Northborough for $2.4 million.
The commercial and residential contractor will make use of 6,000 square feet of the 34,000-square-foot flex building in the three-building Gainsborough Industrial Park, according to Concord real estate firm O’Brien Commercial Properties, which brokered the sale. Executive Polymer, which was leasing 18,000 square feet in the building, will remain as a tenant.
Giroux Electrical purchased the property from San Casa Investments, LLC and manufacturer Spencer Technologies, which was the previous user of the building. There is 10,000 square feet of space still available for lease through O’Brien Commercial Properties.
