VERONICA ROSA was hired by Becker College as vice president of institutional advancement at the Worcester college. She previously worked at UMass Memorial Health Care/HealthAlliance Hospital in Leominster, where she was corporate vice president of external affairs and marketing. Rosa holds a bachelor's degree from Bentley University and a master's from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh.
GRACE RAMSEY COOLIDGE was hired by Groton Wellness, a holistic dental and medical practice, as a licensed mental health counselor. She has a master's degree in education from Cambridge College and specializes in process-oriented psychotherapy, dreambody work and neuro linguistic programming, among other areas. She's also a Reiki master.
MARK W. MILLETT was hired as assistant vice president of learning and development at Athol Savings Bank. He previously worked in the same role at St. Mary's Credit Union, where he also served as a training specialist and learning and development manager. Millett has also worked for Digital Federal Credit Union in Marlborough and Middlesex Savings Bank, based in Natick.
LISA NOONAN was hired as director of marketing and administration for Eagle Cleaning Corp. of Worcester. She previously worked in telecommunications, manufacturing and technology consulting. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Bryant University and an MBA from Boston University.
JUSTINE M. DENORSCIA and PATRICIA A. BAKER were promoted by Whitinsville-based UniBank. DeNorscia was promoted to director of government banking and cash management. She has been with the company for 10 years and holds a bachelor's degree from Assumption College in liberal studies. Baker, senior vice president, has been promoted to chief sales officer and will continue work in product development. She has been with the bank for 17 years.
JAYME PROTANO was hired as director of South County Physical Therapy's Millbury location. She was a physical therapist at the practice's Auburn location for the past five years. Protano has a degree in physical therapy from Boston University.
ERIC J. KUHARICH was hired as vice president and sales manager for Massachusetts for People's United Bank. He was most recently employed by Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, where he managed 20 originators in Eastern Massachusetts. Kuharich has a business administration degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
DAVID MOTAMENI was hired and TUCKER DULONG and LISA NEELEY were named officers of the law firm Fletcher Tilton. Motameni will work in the Worcester office as an associate and focus on corporate and business law. He earned his juris doctor from Tulane University in New Orleans and holds a bachelor's degree in business administration in finance and business law from Boston University. Dulong's practice specializes in real estate transactions. He is a graduate of Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tenn., where he majored in economics, and earned his law degree from Suffolk University. Neeley is an elder law, estate and special needs planning attorney. She has a bachelor's degree from Assumption College and a law degree from New England School of Law in Boston.
ASHLEY DEPAOLO was hired as director of strategic communications by Framingham-based marketing agency CommCreative. She was previously vice president of Schneider Associates in Boston, a public relations agency.
MATTHEW SALMON was named CEO of Westborough-based Salmon Health and Retirement. He joined the organization as a physical therapist at Beaumont in Westborough and was promoted to rehabilitation director of the Natick campus and the company's rehabilitation director. He earned a master's degree from Northeastern University in Boston and an MBA before being promoted to vice president of programs, quality and innovation. Salmon was named chief operating officer in 2010.
JOHN HIGGINS was hired as senior vice president of growth and solutions development for The Training Associates in Westborough. He was previously vice president of talent management with Bridgeport Education, and before that founded an advisory firm, Higgins Learning Group. Higgins holds a bachelor's degree in management from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. His MBA, from the University of Miami, is in international business.
MITCH BREEN was hired as senior vice president of global sales for Westborough-based SimpliVity, which helps customers simplify their technology infrastructures. He previously worked for Oracle Corp., where he served as senior vice president of infrastructure sales for North America. Before that, he worked at EMC Corp., serving as senior vice president of mid-range storage and senior vice president of global channel sales, among other roles.
MARY T. DEAN, ROBERT P. FONTAINE, NAKIA N. NOVOA and PAULA E. PALDINO were promoted by Clinton Savings Bank. Dean, who has been with the bank since 2009, will serve as senior vice president and commercial loan officer. Fontaine, a Holden resident who has worked at the bank since 2008, was promoted to assistant vice president and senior mortgage officer. Novoa was promoted to senior loan servicing representative. A bank employee since 2012, she lives in Worcester. Paldino, of Worcester, has been named assistant vice president and compliance manager. She has been with the bank since 2012.
KELLY FITZGERALD, DAN MASTROTOTARO, GARRY WEINER, ROY ANGEL and TUCKER DULONG were all re-elected to the board of Big Brother Big Sister of Central Massachusetts. Fitzgerald, board chair, is a vice president at Bank of America in Worcester and lives in Shrewsbury. Mastrototaro, a Jefferson resident, is a vice president at Hanover Insurance Group and serves as the board's vice chair. Weiner, immediate past chair, is first vice president at Morgan-Stanley-Smith Barney in Wellesley, and is a resident of Wayland. Angel is treasurer, and is vice president at MassDevelopment's Worcester office. He lives in Sterling. Dulong, a Marlborough resident, is the board's secretary. He's an attorney with Fletcher Tilton, which has offices in Framingham and Worcester.
NORA MAROULIS and JON SEDYL were hired by Worcester Art Museum. Maroulis is the museum's director of philanthropy. She was previously deputy director for external affairs at deCordova Sculpture Park and Museum in Lincoln. She holds a bachelor's degree in history and studio art from Marymount College in Tarrytown, N.Y. Sedyl is director of curatorial affairs and will also serve as curator of European art. He most recently worked at the Cleveland Museum of Art. Sedyl has a bachelor's degree in art history from Yale University and a master's and Ph.D. in art history from the University of Pennsylvania.
