Milford Firm Buys Its Property

A sheet metal manufacturer in Milford has bought the building from which it has been operating for the last two years, according to the company that brokered the transaction.

Noyes Sheet Metal Inc. bought the facility at 66 Sumner St., for $810,000, according to a statement from R.W. Holmes Realty. The building is a 15,900-square-foot structure on 2 acres of land.

The brokerage team of Johnston, Sullivan and Eysenbach, part of R.W. Holmes, sold the building. Bill Sullivan, senior vice president, represented the buyer while Craig Johnston, senior vice president, and John Eysenbach, executive vice president, represented the seller, Natick Mercer LLC.

Noyes, which is privately held, has been operating in Massachusetts for 20 years. It specializes in providing custom duct work for the heating and cooling of commercial buildings.
