Marlborough’s Sprout, a cloud-based customer relationship management and marketing platform for the cannabis industry, has partnered with an e-commerce solution for cannabis dispensaries.
The partnership with Oregon-based Dutchie will allow both companies to integrate their customer bases. According to a release from Sprout, Dutchie services more than 1,300 dispensaries in the U.S. and Canada, while Sprout has facilitated more than $1 billion in cannabis transactions.
According to Jaret Christopher, founder and CEO of Sprout, with a major shift to ordering online, the partnership with Dutchie will make it easier for customers to make use of rewards points and create a smoother transaction.
Launched in 2017, Sprout is used by dispensaries in 30 states, Canada and Puerto Rico.
