Main Street Bank in Marlborough has launched its new video banking service, Main Street Video Connect.
The new technology offered at Main Street Bank is fueled by the high demand for digital convenience paired with the value of personal and secure interaction, according to the Tuesday press release announcing the service.
Through Video Connect, consumers will be able to perform everyday banking tasks, such as opening accounts, checking balances, initiating wires, and asking financial questions by interacting with bankers through computers and mobile devices.
Maria Nephew, Main Street Bank’s assistant vice president and virtual branch manager will oversee the digital platform.
“Main Street Video Connect is an additional access point to the bank for our customers. The platform allows customers to have a secure, face-to-face interaction with their banker, without the constraints of a physical location,” Nephew said in the written press release.
Consumers can access Main Street Bank’s Video Connect through the bank’s website: BankMainStreet.com.
