Leominster’s Heat Trace Products LLC has been recognized for creativity and leadership in international trade by the Associated Industries of Massachusetts International Business Council.
The company makes products that regulate temperature for a variety of uses, including keeping chemicals, oils, gases and food at a constant temperature. About half of the company’s sales come from exports, including use by troops in Afghanistan to keep water at a constant temperature.
This is the 15th year AIM’s International Business Council has named companies as leaders in international trade. Others receiving the award include A.W. Chesterton of Woburn and Northeastern University’s International Co-Op of Boston.
