Q. How are you settling in at your new office?

A. Fortunately I'm very familiar with many of the Park Avenue sales associates, so it's been a welcoming atmosphere and easy transition.

Q. What challenges do you see in your new position?

A. The primary challenge is to keep my office focused on staying positive in such a challenging economy and in keeping their clients' best interests ahead of all else.

Q. What's your favorite thing about Central Massachusetts?

A. Central Massachusetts, and in particular the city of Worcester, has so much to offer in the way of great restaurants and great entertainment. Plus, it's an extremely easy city to get around in.

Q. How close is this to what you imagined in high school you'd end up doing?

A. When I graduated from Bancroft, I wanted to either be a lawyer or work in TV. Being a Realtor allows me to combine elements of entertaining and advising.

Q. How far is your commute to the office?
A. On a good day it takes me about 12 minutes to get to work.

Q. What's the best way to keep your energy and motivation up when you're having a long day?
A. I think I'm a pretty upbeat guy, and many who have worked for me are surprised that I can have as much energy and enthusiasm as I have without drinking coffee. I'm here to serve, and it's my job to provide the very best tools and atmosphere so my sales force has opportunities to secure more business.

Q. Where's the best place to get lunch near your new location?

A. There are literally dozens within a mile radius of the Park Avenue office, but I'm kind of a Sole Proprietor kind of guy.

Q. Do you have any hobbies outside of work?

A. I've been an avid weightlifter for more than 30 years and pretty much a sports fanatic. Golf, fishing, bowling, drawing and art round it out.

Q. What's on your to-do list for the next couple of days?

A. My list of to do's always includes helping my agents get to the next level in their business careers. I'm always looking for great talent to come and join Worcester's number one selling real estate firm.
