Kronos Inc. of Chelmsford saw its revenues increase 8 percent to $800 million in fiscal 2011.
The workforce management company said its earnings before interest, tax and amortization increased 14 percent to $217 million.
Over the year, the company said it added new products and boosted sales, particularly in overseas markets. It hired 567 people over the course of its fiscal year, which ended Sept. 30, and now has more than 200 open positions.
