Data storage and information management provider Iron Mountain of Boston said it has acquired three records management businesses owned by a holding company based in Carrollton, Texas.
Iron Mountain, which has operations in Southborough and Northborough, will pick up nearly 1,000 new customers from the three companies: Safe Records Center of Lansing, Mich.; Archives USA of Dallas; and The Document Bank of Miramar, Fla. All three were owned by Information Storage Consolidation Co., based in Carrollton.
