Hiring On Agenda For Boston CFOs

Six percent of Boston-area CFOs plan to hire more accounting and finance professionals during the second quarter, according to the Robert Half International Financial Hiring Index.
According to Half, 2 percent plan to get rid of staff. The 4 percent net increase is up one point from the first quarter. Half said sustained hiring over the past several years has made the talent pool of finance professionals very shallow.
