Framingham accounting firm Patterson & Gerry LLC and Westwood firm Gray, Gray & Gray LLP , have merged.
The combined firm will be known as Gray, Gray & Gray, and will include 13 partners and a total of 85 employees. Patterson partners James Patterson,Paul Gerry and Richard Tardiff will be partners at Gray.
Gray was founded in Boston in 1945 and has an office in Framingham. Patterson was founded in Framingham in 1982. Both firms serve businesses and provide accounting, audit, tax strategy, estate planning, business advisory and other services.
