Girard Financial Group of Millbury has hired Thomas Valentine Jr. as a vice president and financial consultant.
Valentine has worked for FMG Financial Services and AspenCross Financial Group. He serves on the board of directors for the Worcester-based Why Me? organization.
He has a bachelor’s degree in financial management from the University of Franklin Pierce in Rindge, N.H.
