West Springfield-based United Bank has hired Jane F. Cullen as senior vice president of business services, with responsibility for the bank's Worcester and Springfield regions, and promoted Jane W. Loranger to commercial banking officer in the Worcester region.
Cullen's newly created position gives her responsibility for the bank's cash management products and services and for developing new products and services for corporate clients.
Cullen has more than 20 years of experience in financial services, most recently serving as vice president of cash management at TD Bank in Worcester. She has also worked in executive positions at Flagship Bank & Trust in Worcester.
Cullen has a business administration degree from Mount Wachusett Community College. She lives in Gardner, where she is a member of the local conservation commission.
Loranger's new position makes her part of the bank's commercial lending tem, reporting to Carl Bindoo, senior vice president of commercial lending.
Loranger joined Commonwealth National Bank in Worcester in 2007 and became a United Bank employee in 2009 after the two banks merged. Previously, she was an accounts receivable accountant for Sepracor Inc. in Marlborough and, before that, she held various positions at OVO USA LLC in Hopkinton.
Loranger has a bachelor's degree in business management from Clark University and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts in Boston. She lives in Oxford.
