Massachusetts gas prices fell three cents per gallon over the past week, according to AAA Southern New England.
The decrease comes after two weeks of rising prices.
AAA says the average price for a gallon of self-serve regular unleaded in the state is now $3.62, four cents higher than the national average. A year ago, the average Massachusetts price was $2.60.
