Gardner pot shop Sanctuary Medicinals to open Wednesday for appointments only
Gardner cannabis dispensary Sanctuary Medicinals will open Wednesday for appointment-only recreational sales.
The company will join nine other retail cannabis stores and a market already grown to $45 million since the rollout of the state’s recreational sales in November.
The company posted on social media Friday the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission authorized the location to commence retail sales operations in at least three days.
Appointments can be made on the company’s website.
The Gardner location will be the company's first recreational cannabis store. It currently operates a medical dispensary in New Hampshire, but the company is seeking an retail license in Brookline, according to Cannabis Control Commission documents.
Sanctuary Medicinals’ manufacturing and growing operations are in Littleton.
