Gardner Company Acquired
Gardner wire and cable distributor Ryan Electronics Corp. has been acquired by the management of Bristol, Conn.'s Multi/Cable Corp.
The companies will remain autonomous and operate as usual, according to Multi/Cable.
According to its website, Ryan Electronics is more than 20 years old and serves the military, communications and electronics industries, among others. It distributes wire, cable, tubing, sleeving and accessories.
Multi/Cable manufactures custom multiconductor cable. Under common ownership, Multi/Cable said the two companies will be able to offer new and improved products and services.
